Hi there! I’m Krista and I own Bodyology with Mai. I started my career in 2016 after achieving over 700
hours of training from Milan institute. In 2019 Mai and I had the idea to open Bodyology and, to date, it
is the best decision I’ve ever made.

I currently live in Caldwell with my two beautiful children, our two cats and dog. During my off time I
enjoy visiting my family cabin in Stanley, traveling, watching movies and reading.
